Shawn Stefan is a Director in TRN’s Sales & Business Development practice. He has a firm base in Information Technology (IT) and has worked in the areas of Product Developmentand Sales & Delivery.
At TRN Systems Inc, Shawn is responsible for assessing the needs of the organization to ensure the requirements are clearly developed to establish a successful recruitment strategy. Shawn develops target accounts based on market analysis and creating a sales plan for penetrating clients, obtaining commitments and delivering services.
Shawn manages the entire sales lifecycle with clients including identifying opportunities, providing guidance on market conditions, preparing pre-sale estimates, crafting and presenting client presentations, recommending solutions based on an understanding of the client’s unique business and technical needs, preparing proposals, contract negotiation and closing the sale.
